Bogotá

Our paths collided in Bogotá in the fall of 2018. Travis brought together a dope group of artists and poets as an extension to Paradox and Poetry, which he originally founded in the US.

Paradox & Poetry (00:15:05)

Although started in the US as a way to quell police brutality, Travis continued to create a safe place for people to share while in Bogotá.

Deconstructing Travis (00:21:45)

Travis dedicated his time in Colombia to deconstruct his world view on issues such as: the Western world, Christianity, self image and W. E. B. Du Bois’ theory of double consciousness.

Black Without Borders

BWB creates international mobility in the diaspora by bridging the knowledge gap between those who travel and those who desire to travel.

Paradox and Poetry

Paradox and Poetry is a multimedia platform that seeks to promote cross-cultural and multicultural community through; local and global poetry events, interviews, podcasts, as well as digital and physical print products.
